What’s New
- Assessments summary – we have improved the layout to separate the Complete and Incomplete Assessments. We have also added grouping by Assessment to make the list cleaner, and included charting of scores over time to assist visualisation of client progress
- Dynamic fields available for Mail Merge – we have improved the mail-merge feature so that most Dynamic fields are available for use in your MS Word templates. Documents can now be more customisable and include more client-specific information – with reduced need to manually edit documents. Contact [email protected] for more information on this feature
- Customisable Email Templates – all email templates are now fully customisable to include your own terminology, brands and in-house styles
PMHC specific
- PMHC MDS – ‘Program Stream’ custom episode tags
- PMHC Clients may add custom ‘in-house tags’ to Program Streams which are included in MDS exports. This can be used to assist your searches through the MDS Portal
- PMHC Dynamic Fields – the inclusion of Dynamic fields in Client and Episode (Referral tab) areas of PMHC module allows more custom information to be collected outside the MDS requirements
- PMHC MDS Export – improved stability when running Exports for larger date ranges
- PMHC Episode Edit – lock ‘Primary Focus of Treatment’ (PFoT) will enable that field to be locked from editing based on the Episode’s Program Stream setting. The ‘PFoT’ field may be set on ‘Add Referral’ and then locked from further edits, with an Override permission available.
Performance Improvements
- Episode/Case ‘Support Team’ tab – improved the layout to make different Team members easier to identify at a glance with better separation of Assigned and Unassigned contacts
- Updated internal Settings processing to handle missing settings
- Module: DEX Aggregator – improved the description of the acceptance date fields to clarify when sessions will be accepted
Security Improvements
- Audit logging – extended logging to more internal functions for better audit coverage
- Private Client Data setting – expanded compliance with security setting for some Assessments
- Completed implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for login page
Bug fixes
- Fixed: Export Action Plan – message to Recipients no longer includes strange characters in text
- Fixed: ATOP (Australian Treatment Outcomes Profile) Assessment – calculation now includes all questions for all weeks
- Fixed: Central Intake – Widget “Enquiries Resolved” correctly shows recent data (up to 365 days)
- Fixed: PMHC MDS Validation messages updated for Source of Cash Income, especially for under 16 years of age
- Fixed: Referral button in banner – resolved errors shown in browser console in certain circumstances
