Who can submit support requests?
The Fixus Support team is here to assist the Lead Agencies with their queries and requests when it comes to the Fixus product.
If you are not a designated support officer representing a lead agency, then please contact your lead agency for support.
When is the support team available?
Our support staff monitor for support requests between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday.
