Release 10.8.0

We are pleased to announce the 10.8.0 version of Fixus for general release. This version of the platform is a combination of three previous versions that included 10.7.5, 10.7.6 and 10.7.7. Each version introduced a new module into Fixus and also included a combination of bug fixes, performance enhancements and general modifications to the platform.

Fixus 10.8.0 will include the following:

Performance Enhancements:

  • Fixus base code updated to enhance startup load times across the platform.
  • Reallocation of Fixus training instances within the hosting environment to make better use of the available resources. This has increased performance and availability for all instances within the platform.

Minimum Data Set (MDS) Inclusions / Updates:

  • Inclusion of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) NMDS.
  • Option added to show all warnings for PHMC NMDS.

Module Inclusions / Updates:

  • RAS: Region Assessment Service.
  • TCC: Team Care Co-Ordination.
  • IRSP: Individual Recovery Support Program.
  • TCFP: Transition from Correctional Facility Program.

Local Government Area (LGA) Update

  • Australia wide Fixus update to all known Local Government Areas (LGA) that includes the following Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) data sets:
    • 2016 State Suburb Collation (SSC).
    • 2018 Post Office Australia (POA).
    • 2019 Mesh Block (MB) Allocation.
  • Client LGA setting included that allows LGAs to display on Patient Demographics screen under the address location.
  • Session Report for Specific modules now includes LGA field.

Assessment Inclusions / Updates:

  • AOD Assessments (non NMDS).
  • Living in the Community Questionnaire (LCQ).
  • Social and Occupational Functional Assessment Scale (SOFAS).
  • Falls Risk Assessment.
  • Review & Close Assessment Form.
  • Pre-Visit Assessment and Safety Checklist.
  • Assessment Tool and Action Plan.

Added Features

  • Replacement text option added for client demographic label “Sex”.
  • Corrected referral and episode sorting columns for specific modules.
  • Corrected client and episode filtering for specific modules.
  • Exporting of any assessment to word feature.
  • Addition of a setting within the Support Team feature to allow only one primary contact.
  • Ability to highlight a custom field as mandatory.
  • Added the option to delete Knowledge Base resources and articles.
  • New Client Identifier added for “Aged Care ID”.
  • Addition of “Enquiry” register feature.
  • Google Directions API updated.
  • Addition of “Team Assignment” for cases using postcode locality feature.
