Client Layer

Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs)

New or Updated Functionality

  • PHaMs validation on Birth Date field
  • Include standard Note functionality for Contacts recorded during time on Waiting List AND remove the Support Team member drop down
  • Move the functional limitation question from Referral to last screen of Intake
  • Include the search box for “Alias” in PHaMs Participant search
  • Functional EST scoring changed to ensure scores are “rounded up”

Bug Fixes

  • No auto refresh on setting a contact date so “Next step” flag still appears
  • Client search does not take into account when a worker has been unassigned
  • Existing contact methods do not display when editing a participant within PHaMs
  • Search result page requires a second click on a heading to sort by that heading

Partners in Recovery (PIR)

New or Updated Functionality

  • Split out Referral Details field into two fields – Referral Source Contact Info and Referral Source Details
  • Service directory suggestions
    • Improvement of service directory workflow when adding a Service Provider Contact to the Support Team
    • Ability to transfer cases to another Service Provider Contact (within same Service Provider) or to an entirely new Service Provider and Service Provider Contact

    • Issue Report

  • Display the name of the user who inputted the enquiry on both the Enquiry Search and Enquiry Details page
  • Update to the “My Issues” System Reform widget to include issues for which the user created
  • Extra field within the System Reform Issue Register search page – Created By
  • Email sent to assigned Lead Contact on creation of Issue in System Reform Issue Register

Respite

Bug Fixes

  • Respite Notes only being listed by created date, not altered backdated creation date

Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS)

  • Change ATAPS session limit – starting limit should be the current attended sessions
  • Update to Sessions tab to show payment date

Bug Fixes

  • Sessions Payments export and Sessions report do not match

Generic Case Management Module

New or Updated Functionality

  • Ability to add an Ad-Hoc Workflow to any Generic program
  • Add Waiting List and the ability to prioritise cases to any Generic program
  • Allow backdating of Service Events/Sessions

Administration

  • Prevent duplicate Agency Staff Member records from being created
