This process will enable system administrators to change a user’s password to access the Fixus platform. This process is usually applied if a user has lost their password – the Administrator can apply a password to the user account for temporary access to the system.

- From the Program menu select Administration.
- From the Administration menu select Users.
- Locate required user via Name, Role and Status (note – currently name search allows search by first OR last name, not both together)
- Click Enter or Search (Blue button) beside required user.
- Select the drop-down arrow on the View (Blue button) beside required user.
- Select Change Password from the list of options.
- Enter and confirm a new password ensuring a mixture of letters and characters.
- Select Force password change on next login to ensure user will be prompted to enter a new password to replace this one after logging in.
- Click Update Password (Green button).
