Assessments

The following two assessments have been added to the existing collection. Please let us know if you would like these to be made available to your team.

  • Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE)
  • Suicidal Ideation Attributes Scale (SIDAS) Assessment form

Bugs

  • Action plan documents display error.
  • Language coding issue with “Assyrian Neo-Aramaic”.
  • User interface update to fix issue with the replacement terms feature for the term “client”.
  • Generic widgets are not showing in the add widget dialog.
  • Date picker not showing when adding or editing referrals within the Referral Out tab.
  • Participant – Reviews tab is visible when the reviews feature is disabled.

  • Update the copyright notice in the footer.
  • National Disability Insuarnce Scheme (NDIS)

Updates

A set of changes have been made to the service configuration feature within the NDIS tab. These include:

  • Add active flag to the service configuration data model with this value being set to true by default.
  • Updated the user interface to allow users to manage the active flag for each service configuration.
  • Added a filter to the NDIS Services tab (blue section) allowing the user to select between “Active”, Not Active” and “All”. The default selection is “Active”.
  • Re-designed the layout making the summary figures easier to read.

Primary Mental Health Care (PMHC)

Updates

  • Added a term replacement for the ‘Referral’ date field and extended this field to request the time in the format of ‘hh:mm’.
  • Add new field ‘Referral Commenced Date’ and ‘time’ located just before Basic Demographics start. (this field is hidden by default).
  • Extend the Referral Outcome Date to record ‘time’ in the format of ‘hh:mm’ next to date.
  • On the Add Referral Screen and Details tab, modify the Team selection to allow this to be either a pull-down list or a Search button.
