Global

New or Updated Functionality

  • Creating an appointment in Client Schedule can now be linked to Staff Member’s Schedule
  • Add Referral Created by/Updated by fields to all new and existing cases
  • Include instance name on login screen
  • Files uploaded within a Note are now also available via the Documents tab

Bug Fixes

  • Allow date picker to accept user entered (typed in) dates when the date is of a valid date format
  • Bug with NDIS Assessments if user belongs to more than one agency
  • No preferred contact method means the Send SMS functionality doesn’t work
  • User preferences saving empty or whitespace strings as criteria causing search queries to return no results
  • Changing the status of a Service Event multiple times defaults it back to Pending

Partners in Recovery (PIR)

New or Updated Functionality

  • OPTIONAL – Allow for two type of Funding for PIR; Individual Capacity Building and Flexible Funding.
  • OPTIONAL –  Duplication of all Flexible Funding reports to cater for Individual Capacity Building funding.
  • Flexible Funding Limit warning for expenses recorded after 1 July.
  • OPTIONAL – Term Replacement for Support Facilitator

Bug Fixes

  • Error message appears on initial use of the Add Comment icon within Action Plans.
  • Stage Gate Validation not working correctly, full MDS Demographic information required for Ineligible and Cancelled Cases.
  • Problem with Principal Mental Health Provider Search dialog closing after searching
  • Actions can sometimes not be deleted from Action Plans

Administration
