New Features

  • PCEHR/IHI validation – This has been implemented
    in Fixus, it will be activated when NEHTA certification is received.  Once this occurs your organisation will need
    to supply your HPIO before activation.
  • The Assessments tab has been altered to two tabs
    – the Needs Assessment tab and the All Assessments tab.   This
    change has been made to manage CANSAS assessments and minimum data set needs
    assessment information.  This enables the
    choice of not registering a client prior to completing a CANSAS.
  • Notes
    • Adjustable date entry implemented.  The permission to control this option is in
      the Administration menu.  Once a role has
      been selected, the permission name to select is ‘Alter create date’.  This is relevant for all note types – case,
      client, service provider and agency.
    • Selected notes export feature implemented
  • PIR MDS validation report – Located in
    Administration – Reports, MDS tab you may generate validation across all
    clients within a selected date range
  • Documents have been enabled during Referral
  • Next of Kin tab renamed Personal Contacts
  • Medicare number now validates
  • Intake Needs Assessment Outcome – The option of
    not stated/unknown has been removed as it is a MDS administrative option
  • Person Not Registered Reason – The options of
    not applicable and not stated/unknown have been removed as they are a MDS
    administrative option

Bug Fixes

  • Reports – Only the current Support Facilitator
    displays as being linked to a client
  • Assessments – The Assessor list should only displays
    current support team members
  • When editing a user with an apostrophe in their
    email addresses now displayed correctly
  • Crash which occurred when sorting the document
    library by tag fixed

  • When ‘validated successfully’, prompt to lock
    displayed
  • Validation errors display repositioned
