Who can submit support requests?
The Fixus Support team is here to assist the Lead Agencies with their queries and requests for everything related to the Fixus product.
If you are not a designated support officer representing a lead agency, then please contact your lead agency for support. Unauthorised contact requests cannot be actioned by Fixus support and a standardised reply with be issued advising users to follow protocol and submit requests via Team Leaders/Managers.
When is the support team available?
Our support staff monitor for support requests between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (AEST) Monday to Friday.
