Data Extract Portal

This guide will show you how to access the Fixus Data Extract Portal.

Explanation of Sections:

DEP : Data Extract Portal
Latest Extracts: List of current Extracts.
Extract History: List of existing Extracts generated between dates.
Extract Generation Queue: List of Extracts to be generated.

Accessing the Data Extract Portal

1. Browse to https://dep.app.fixus.com.au/
2. Login with your provided Username and Password
   * Note: This is a different login to your Fixus application.
3. An MFA code will be emailed to the email associated with your username.
4. To log out, click on Logout in the top right banner of the application.

Latest Extracts

1. When you first login, you will be presented with the Latest Extracts screen. From here you can download a copy of the latest extract or view the history.
2. To download the extract, locate the name of the extract you would like to download and click on Download.
3. You can also download a copy of any of the extracts by clicking on History and filtering by date range fields.

Extract History

1. Click on Extract History in the left side menu.
2. You will be presented with the Extract History page. Select an option from the Extract Name drop down list.
3. Select a date range form the date picker to display the extract generated between Start Date and End Date.
4. To download the extract, locate from the list and click Download.
