This guide will show you step by step how to create a new review in the RAS module. We have even made it easier by including short videos to help.
Explanation of Sections:
Review Details: Details for the RAS review.
Assign Team: Agencies Team to be assigned to referral.
Manual Selection: Add a manual reason and comments.
Optional: Assign Agency Staff Member: Assign an Agency Staff Member.
Add RAS Review
- Locate the Add RAS Review option in the sub menu and select.
- Now you can search for an existing client by selecting Search for Clients.
- This will pop up a search window for existing clients. You can search by Age Care ID, Family Name, Given Names, Alias / Preferred Name.
- The Search results will show Name, Gender, DOB and any Active Cases in the RAS module.
- To select an existing client, click on Select for the client’s record.
Review Details
- Select a Review Type from the drop-down list.
- Select a Referral from the Link Assessment drop-down list.
*Note: you can click on the View Referral button to view the referral selected. - Select a Reason For Review from the drop-down list.
- Enter text into the Review Comments text box.
- Select a Review Priority from the drop-down list.
Assign Team
- Select Do you want to reassign this referral to same organisation? if you would like to assign the referral to the previous organisation listed.
- If you prefer to assign this review to another team, click on Search under Assign Team.
- Clicking on the Search button, you will be presented with a Team Selection pop-up window.
- From here you can search by Agency Name, Suburb / City or Postcode. Once you have located the team click Assign to select this team.
Manual Selection
- Select a Reason for Manual Selection from the drop-down list and if required enter comments into the Manual Selection Comments text field.
Optional: Assign Agency Staff Member
- Click the drop-down list and select the Agency Staff Member to be added to the episode.
