Updating Referral Status

This guide will show you step by step how to Update a Referral in the RAS module. We have even made it easier by including short videos to help.

Explanation of Sections:

Referral Status: Update the details of the Referral Status.

Change Referral Status

  1. Locate the Reviews option in the sub menu and select.
  2. Search for the Review you wish to update then select the View button.
  3. Locate the Details tab in the left-hand menu and click on it to access current review details.
  4. Select the Status drop-down and click Change Status.
  5. You will be presented with the Change Status screen.
  6. Select New Status from the New Status drop-down list.
  7. Enter a date for the Date of Change field.
  8. Enter a Reason for Change if required.
    *Note: if closed is selected you will be prompted with the following fields:
  9. Additional Information will be prompted when changing the status to Closed.
  10. Enter a Review Outcome from the drop-down list.
  11. Select Option from the Reassessment drop-down list.
  12. Enter a Comment in the Comments field if required.
  13. Enter a Value into the Length of Review field.
  14. Select option from the Schedule Review drop-down list.
    *Note: if “yes” is selected you will be prompted with the following fields:
  15. Select Review Type from the drop-down list.
  16. Enter a Review Date.
  17. Select a Priority from the drop-down list.
  18. Click Save to save your changes.
