Generic Cases without a Session Widget

Shows a list of Cases that have not received a Session for a user-defined number of days.

Setup

1. To configure this widget, set the timeframe in which the case should have had. Once the Case meets or exceeds this limit, it will show in the widget.

2. Set the Widget Display Size, this affects how much of the dashboard the widget will take up.
