The Medicare Mental Health (MMH) Gateway serves as a data portal for incoming referrals from MMH to the Gippsland Primary Health Network.
MMH referrals will arrive to the GPHN Central Intake Inbox and from there processed and converted over to a referral status within the Fixus client management program.

The Gateway Telemetry widget functions as a virtual dashboard displaying basic statistics and has four major functions:

Processed – The number of imported referrals from MMH that have been processed into Central Intake.
Imported – The number of imported referrals that have been received from MMH into Central Intake.
Skipped – The number of imported referrals from MMH that have been reprocessed and skipped because they have previously been received without error into Central Intake.
Errors – The number of imported referrals from MMH that have failed to process correctly into Central Intake.
Any errors noted in the Gateway should be reported by authorised staff to Fixus support at [email protected].
