Maintenance and upgrades are conducted outside of business hours when possible. Notifications will be sent at least five days before any maintenance or upgrade activities are undertaken, except for emergency outages.

Scheduled server maintenance will be conducted each Thursday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM AEST.
