The MDS Aggregator includes a function for users to search for previous submissions by Identifier, Name, Date, Status and Description.

- Identifier – A unique code generated when the Lead Agency creates a reporting period for upload.
- Name – The name given to the upload by the Lead Agency.
- Description – A description of the contents, purpose and requirements of the upload.
- Status – Denotes if the upload is Locked or Unlocked for submission and/or editing.
- Close Date – The date range/s the upload was created.
