Displays the Client Name, DOB and any PMHC Episodes (including Episode Id, Program Stream, Referral Date, and Status) where Episode Status is ‘Pending’ or ‘Active’, and there is no Staff Team Member assigned to the Episode. This widget’s main function is to return a list of cases where referral acknowledgment is still missing, and the case has been assigned for at least a specified number of days.
Filters:
– whether the referral is acknowledged
– how long the case has been assigned
– whether the support team member has acknowledged it
Supports either:
– current user only, or
– all users, depending on permission and request input
Note: The widget is designed to protect sensitive client data by masking names unless the proper permission is present (“View Personal Details“).
