Updating a Record Status

This guide will show you step by step how to Update a Record Status in the CSATS module.
We have even made it easier by including short videos to help.

Record Status: Change the Status of the Record.

Changing a Record Status

  1. Open the record you wish to change the status for.
  2. Locate the Details tab in the left-hand menu and click on it to access the details tab.
  3. On the Record details screen, click on the Active status drop-down list.
  4. Click on Change status from the drop-down list.
  5. On the Change Status screen, select Closed from the New Status drop-down list.
  6. Enter a date into the Date of Change field.
  7. Enter a reason into the Reason for Change field.
  8. Select an Exit Reason from the drop-down list under additional information.
  9. Click Save to save your changes.
