The Central Intake (CI) module acts as a common ‘inbox’ for referrals to the Lead Agency. Referrals may then be allocated to different Programs and Organisations. Allocations may be manual or automatic depending on the type of referral and the client’s requirements.
Fixus can also process Assessments into the Central Intake, prior to acceptance of the Referral or Enquiry as a Client record.
