Fixus has been updated with the PMHC MDS V5 fields, terminology and branding for The Way Back and Head to Health (H2H) as well as a number of additions and updates to the Fixus PMHC Module and reporting.
What’s New
PMHC V5 Updates
Fixus has been updated with the PMHC MDS V5 fields, terminology and branding for The Way Back and Head to Health (H2H) as well as a number of additions and updates to the Fixus PMHC Module and reporting.
These updates include:
- MDS Reports – Addition of Universal Aftercare (formerly The Way Back) and updates to the MDS validation and reporting for V5 requirements
- MDS ‘Errors Only’ export option – an improvement to the MDS Errors export to allow separate ‘Errors only ‘ and ‘Errors and Warnings’ export.
- PMHC Modules – updated labels and descriptions for ‘The Way Back’ or ‘TWB’ to ‘Universal Aftercare’ or ‘UA’ as needed. Similarly for Head to Health (H2H) or AMHC, these are now ‘Medicare Mental Health Centre’ or ‘MMHC’. Some minor messages or labels previously ‘Sessions’ now refer to the MDS standard of ‘Service Contacts’ for consistency with the PMHC Standard.
- Tags – new feature to allow per-Episode and per-Service Contact tags to be added and reported through MDS.
- MDS Aggregator – Updates to validation and importing V5 requirements, and implement importing of tags on PMHC Episodes per MDS requirements
- MMHC (formerly Head to Health) – to align new V5 MDS and recent additions to MMHC Delta API, the new fields veteran_status; iar_dst_practitioner_reason_for_override; and iar_dst_practitioner_reason_for_override_notes have been added to the Referral schema and are processed into the PMHC Referrals.
Other features
- Widget ‘My Cases’ expanded to display the Program Stream to assist Practitioners managing their work.
- Assessment ‘IAR-DST (8 Domains)’ includes wording change to ‘Suicide Ideation’ where applicable.
