Release notes for Version 11.11
A major release with the new MDS Aggregator module being added for a limited set of clients. PMHC Exit Validation enhancements will improve data quality (when activated). Contact [email protected] for more details.
What’s New
- New MDS Aggregator module is available for limited release
- This new module is designed to allow Lead Agencies to allocate, then import and report MDS from systems other than Fixus. Currently PMHC V4 is supported and other common MDS will added in future.
 - Distributed Episode Workflow : A feature of this new module ensures that Fixus manages incoming referrals and allocates them to external agencies, which handle episodes using 3rd party software. These agencies then report their data back to Fixus, where it is aggregated for centralised reporting.
- Referrals are received into Fixus (this can occur via direct entry into Central Intake, Snapforms, API integration or the H2H gateway).
 - The referral is converted to a PMHC episode and is allocated to an Agency.
 - The Agency receives the episode including the Client Key and Episode Key. They manage the episode in their 3rd party software platform, creating service contact and assessment records.
 - The Agency generates a PMHC V4 compliant MDS extract and uploads this to the Fixus MDS Aggregator.
 - The Fixus MDS Aggregator matches the incoming records using the shared Client Key and Episode Key and updates its dataset using the supplied data.
 - At the end of the reporting period the Lead Agency generates a combined MDS report and uploads this to the PMHC MDS portal.

 - Improved Import and Validation : The Import process examines uploaded data files to ensure they meet the PMHC V4 minimum data set standard by verifying the file format, required content, and size, while logging any discrepancies. The validation process occurs ‘in the background’ and users are notified when the processing is complete or if errors occur.

 - PMHC Episode Exit Validations
- The Episode Exit MDS Validation has been enhanced (when activated in settings) to force matching pairs of ‘Start’ and ‘End’ Assessments (that is, Collection Occasions for K10, K5 and SDQ) to improve data quality and reporting
 - There are also options for Completion status selection, with more detailed explanation of each option to assist users
 - The Organisation type referred to at episode conclusion drop-down is also required if the validation is activated to improve data quality
 - Exit Date is now auto-filled based on the ‘Final’ session date

 - Improvements to Automations
- Update automations to record telemetry only when they are enabled.
 - Add automation triggers for 1, 5, 15, 30, 60 minutes as well as 7AM, 12PM and 10PM (also allowed for daylight savings).
