Release notes for Version 11.10.8

A minor release with improvements to the PMHC module including a new widget to assist with Suicide referrals and additional options for layout customisation. The Purchase Orders feature now includes an Approver workflow, and 2 new CATS Assessments are available. Several user interface improvements and minor bugs are resolved. What’s New

  • PMHC Updates
    • Dashboard Widget – “Suicide Referral Contacts” to show the Service Contacts summary for Referrals with Suicide Prevention flags. It may be filtered by Teams, Episode Status and date range.
    • Improvements to the SDQ Assessment Measure for validation and display of Impact Score total.
    • PMHC MDS V4 Validation has been improved for reporting the SDQ Impact scores.
    • Limited customisation of the Client and Episode/Case banners. This allows Agencies to display additional information as needed.
    • PMHC Service Contacts – Groups drop-down list now sorts the group Names in alphabetical order to make selection easier.
    • PMHC Sessions Report shows the Session start time, and adjust date/time formatting for clearer understanding.
  • Purchase Orders
    • Purchase Order “Approvers” work-flow is now available. Contact [email protected] for configure.
    • Improvements to the layouts and management of the Purchase Order features (if activated). Invoicing has been adjusted to align with the Purchase Orders for a more consistent UI.
  • Assessment – “Child and Adolescent Trauma Screen (CATS) – Caregiver Report (Ages 3-6 years)
  • Assessment – “Child and Adolescent Trauma Screen (CATS) – Caregiver Report (Ages 7-17 years)” – Contact [email protected] to arrange access.
  • Dashboard Widget (Generic/Flexi modules) – “Un-Invoiced Sessions” shows Service Events that have not been Invoiced, that is, with Status other than Reconciled)
  • VINAH MDS minor updates in preparation for the 2025-26 reporting year
  • Central Intake ‘Inbox’ has been renamed to ‘Message Log’ to better reflect the feature.

Performance Improvements

  • SMS Replies processing improved to handle more messages and ensure they arrive in a timely manner (where activated)
  • Faster loading of the Purchase Order and Invoice dialogues

Security Improvements

  • Improve security for the Fixus registration API endpoints

Bug fixes

  • Fixed: Central Intake client dynamic data fields not mapping when converting to Generic Program Episode (“Add Episode”)
  • Fixed: H2H Episode Validation Intake Error – ReferrerType
  • Fixed: Service Events – Duplicate Events are created when saving
  • Fixed: Central Intake Enquiries and Referrals SMS not working
  • Fixed: Brokerage – Services Events list – fix currency columns styles
  • Fixed: Fixus Key Vault – Secrets not saving Activation or Expiry dates
