What’s New

  • PMHC MDS – Assessment IAR-DST now includes new Version field with age options, as added to the PMHC MDS v4.03 specification in late June.
  • PMHC MDS – Head to Health API changes to handle new IAR-DST Version field with age options
  • PMHC MDS – Validation rules updated to remove error message when client is under 16 years of age and “Source of Cash Income” is not ‘N/A’
  • DEX MDS Validation – Expanded “Warnings” to help MDS quality checks
  • Add Referral Personal Contacts – Generic modules with “Add Referral” form now includes the ability to add “Personal Contacts” at the same time as the Referral
  • SMS Replies – Clients can now reply to most SMS messages sent through Fixus. The new Episodes Messages page displays them in ‘conversation’ style.
  • Personal Contacts – Added optional “Date of Birth” field
  • Notes – New button to “Save as Draft” allows notes to be worked on over time
  • System Notes – Optional settings to create System Note when adding Documents and Assessments enables better auditing
  • Search Customisations – Generic Service Groups, Service Events and Brokerage Search to use the customisable ‘Templatr’ feature to allow per-instance custom layouts

  • Fixed: Notes – “Formatted” option does not stay within the note border when saved
  • Fixed: Generic Service Groups view issue / minor visual adjustments
  • Fixed: PMHC & Generic Case Status not setting when case created or changed
  • Fixed: PMHC Case not removing end date when re-opening a case
  • Fixed: SIDAS Assessment – Once saved answers appear blank
  • Fixed: Export Invoices – text and UX tidy up
  • Fixed: Generic client episode search list is blank when sorting on certain columns
  • Fixed: Central Intake – Export to doc/pdf popup is wrong size
  • Fixed: Term replacement for “Priority” not replacing on Add Episode page
