Displays a list of Cases where the user is set as the Primary Support Team Member.
Setup
1. Set the number of days that a case can be inactive for before being counted in the Inactive list. Minimum value for this is one day.
Note: A case is counted as ‘Inactive’ if there are no Notes in the case for the period requested in the configuration (e.g. 60 days will be inactive if the last real note was older than 60 days).
2. Refresh (mins): this retrieves data (in minutes). It is recommended that this be set to no fewer than 10 minutes.
3. Set the Widget Display Size.
4. Save the widget
